North Gaia, a new executive condominium (EC), development is located at Yishun Ave 9. It covers a total area of 21,518.8 square meters and has a maximum gross floor area of 60,240 square metres. Up to 600 units are expected to be housed in the upcoming executive condo.
It has been seven years since the last time the government granted an EC site in Yishun. The new EC North Gaia will be located within Yishun Avenue 9 right next to the waterway.
A public land tender for the Yishun Avenue 9 EC Site in 2020 sparked a lot of interest with seven bids. Sing Holdings sold the land in November 2020 at a price of $373.5million. This works out to a land cost of $576 per sq. foot for the plot ratio.
The Yishun Avenue 9 North Gaia EC will launch in 2022. This 99-year leasehold property should see a significant increase in interest.
